Monday 11/29/10

1.  Do Now: Compare the two types of fermentation and when fermentation is used
2. Quick Quiz- A brief reality check before the exam we have next class!
3. Getting ready for Exam:  You need to do two things
1. Make your "Cheat sheet" if you want to use one.  Can be one piece of blank computer paper, you may use the front and back, everything must be handwritten in your own writing, and it will get turned in with your exam.
2. Please take the time to organize your learning log and all assignments for Chapter 8 & 9 as this will be turned in at the start of class on the day of the exam.  NO ONE SHOULD BE ORGANIZING PAPERS!
3. CHAPTER 8 and 9 Exam will be held next class period (Tuesday for odds and Wednesday for evens!)

Tuesday and Wednesday  11/30 and 12/1

1. Do Now will be to take out the necessary items for the exam:  Pencil, blank sheet of lined paper, "Cheat sheet"  and learning log packet of work.
2. Chapter 8 and 9 Exam  38 multiple choice questions with 3 extended response.
3. When Finished with the exam read the Chapter 10 chapter mystery and section 10.1 in the textbook.

Thursday and Friday 12/2 and 12/3
