1.  Do Now:  Name the functions for the follwing organelles:  Nucleus, Mitochondria, Lysosomes, Endoplasmic Reticulum.
2.  Microscope Worksheet-  Reviews parts of the microscope, magnification, and safety rules.
3.  Study Organelles and their funtions a pop quiz will be given at some point!

Tuesday 10/16/12

1.  Do Now:  Name the functions for the follwing organelles:  Golgi apparatus, Cell Wall, Plasma membrane (cell membrane), and ribosome
2.  Microscope Lab to examine:  Letter E, thread, basic animal cell, basic plant cell, and pond water.
2.  Don't forget to study organelle funtions.

Thursday 10/16/12

1.  Do Now:  Name the functions for the following organelles:  Vacuole, cytoskeleton, chloroplast, and centrioles.
2.  Guest lesson from the Observational Practicum Student Teacher on cell organelles.  This will be a great Review.

Last week:  Sorry for the delay in posting on the BLOG.  It was a very busy week with grading, homecoming, and getting the students back into the swing of school after a nice fall break.  Here are the assignments that were given and the days they were given.

2.  Cellular City Worksheet
